Thoughtful instruction and practice with Jackie Stewart, Kate Greer and Megan Mook.
• Morning and late afternoon sessions including meditation, yoga, Dharma talks, guided relaxation, breath work, and sound meditation. Depending on the day’s activities, we’ll also gather for guided relaxation and sound meditation just before bed.
• Full use of the resort grounds. Lushly landscaped grounds with two salt water swimming pools, meditative walking trails, waterfalls, a short walk to the beach, a healthy cafe, and elegantly designed common areas.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day. Hearty meals with fresh fruits, veggies, soups, and salads plus organic meat, fish, and vegan options. Special dietary requests can be accommodated.
• Complimentary use of Bodhi Tree’s swoon worthy gym.
